In a Nutshell

  • Durable chew that keeps dogs occupied
  • Mixed health concerns reported
  • Need to check behaviours
  • Make sure your pet eats it carefully if they do not swallow pieces that break apart

Quick Verdict

The bone has great tasty flavors that our dog really likes. He spends an hour chewing his favorite treat and it does not cause any issues. The bone did break apart in half but our dog did not swallow any small parts. Other issue is that he complains of stomach pains when he eats it. Generally it is a plus!

"Bone hasn't broken apart into shards that may be harmful. Our dog is a mastiff/lab mix and he goes through chew toys like they're nothing. Nice to see this bone lasting."

— Kim

"They splintered had to throw them away"

Bottom Line

It is still a great dog treat ..
