No, they are not suitable for large dogs due to frequent tearing.

Highlighted Reviews

— Skylar

"I’ve used these bags for a few years now for my pug. I’ve never had them tear the way other negative reviews are stating. They are a little delicate when pulling a bag off the roll, but I use them daily without issue. Could also be that my dog has small poops. But I’m a big fan, and glad to us..."

— Rachel

"These bags are incredibly hard to work with. They take special maneuvers to get them open and then once you go to pick up the poop your fingers easily slide through the flimsy material and get covered in poop. I've removed them from my autoship and do not recommend them to anyone"

Bottom Line

These bags are a good eco-friendly option if you are willing to handle them carefully, but they are at least almost unusable.
