A great gift idea, durable and personalized but concerns about the mug's durability.
Crackling when hot beverages are used
Prevention: Consider a non-hot-usage.
Users appreciate the ability to customize the mug with a pawprint design and personalized text.
Some users reported the mug cracking when hot water was poured into it.
The customization options didn't clearly show the final outcome, leading to confusion.
Tip: Carefully check the preview during customization
Factors: Usage with hot liquids
"The customer service made it excellent."
"I did not realize that 'Dad' was going to be on the cup. When I did the personalization, the website did not show what the final outcome would be. I wanted my cup to say, 'Beau's PaPa' instead it said, 'Beau's PaPa Dad.'"
Great for gifting, and ideal for enhancing personal memories but be cautious with hot liquids to prevent potential cracking.
