From what i could comprehend, the core functionalitity is intact, I've used number of trees like this already , but i hope a more comfortable experience with padded seats.

It is not plush nor made out of carpet fabric.
"Purchased to get our kitties a house with a smaller footprint in our own— yes the measurements are listed however this is FAR smaller than it’s made to look. It feels like fabric stapled to plywood- no plush carpet. I some concerns about coma its sturdiness."
