"Ordered 2 of these for a Chihuahua and a King Charles Cavalier. 2 different sizes and they were both so big and thick, the dogs hated them. Adjusting them was difficult & didn’t help. Probably ok for a big dog with a thick neck, but not good and uncomfortable for small dogs 16 pounds or less."
