"I have never been so dissatisfied with a purchase, and this is my first time making a review of any product. Felt the need to help others save their time and money. Currently trying to figure out how to return this thing."
Given the single but strong negative review, potential buyers should proceed with caution. The customer service experience has been pointed out as excellent, which mitigates some of the damage, but overall, this product is due for review.
