Equine Advantage Senior Horse Food is a decent feed with specific concerns about the feeding rate and fat content.
The feed is described as high quality and textured.
The advertised fat content is 10% but the label says 8%.
Higher feeding rate compared to Buckeye Senior Feed.
Factors: Feeding rate
The advertised fat content is 10% but the label indicates 8% compared to Buckeye.
The feeding rate is much higher and it is denser, so the bag does not last as long as Buckeye Senior Feed.
"I bought this as an alternative when my regular Buckeye Senior feed was out of stock. It is a textured feed and seems to be high quality, but the feeding rate is much higher and it is denser, so the bag does not last as long"
"No negative reviews available"
Worth trying if Buckeye Senior Feed is unavailable, but be prepared for a higher feeding rate and verify fat content.
