No, the bandana does not come with a collar.
"This bandana feels more stiff, more of a firm fit. The medium fit perfectly for my English bulldog mix and I love that it slides over her collar so that she can keep her identification while being festive! It also made it harder for her to reach to chew. drawn on/etc."
"I paid $12 for some cheap plastic I'll have to make wearable. I bought two different personalized bandanas. This one and a camo, they both say "polyester, synthetic blend" but this one is BARELY fabric. Zero stars"
