"This is a great product! My cats love it! The hole is a little small for my cats to jump thru even tho they are only 10 pounds or less but I placed a folded over carpet on the top and they just jump up or go inside. It's fantastic! No bad smelling chemicals and it went together easily!"

— SMOKEY

"This product is extremely poorly made. The screws do NOT match the product. Holes for the screws are not completely drilled leaving it impossible to assemble unless you have additional drills. I would not recommend this at all. Extremely disappointed!"
