Largely. They report of sharp edges, crooked fictions and poor anchoring as the board does not reflect the description.
"Lucy loves this product and kept her friend Sallie Mae, Saint Bernard from eating her food. Not to mention Sallie is allergic to it."
"One of the brackets was welded on severely crooked and the anchors were so damaged they didn't function how they were supposed to and we had to purchase new ones for it."
Consider purchasing this with significant reservations. Its aesthetic will look good until the functionality will turn out to be pathetic. We would recommend you to search for alternatives as its defects are numerous and it's problematic enough even for the average consumer. In this arena where cats' comfort comes first, it is imperative that you manage the installation correctly, allowing enough leeway for aggravation and frustration.
