The Remington Deluxe Multi-Function Compass & Thermometer Dog Whistle has a functional but inconsistent whistle and a non-working compass. The thermometer is accurate, which is a positive. It is a basic item with reliability issues.
The thermometer measures temperature accurately.
The compass does not work.
The whistle sound is inconsistent, which affects its usefulness.
"null"
"Only give this whistle 3 stars. The Compass doesn't work. Whistle sings to give an inconsistent sound. The Thermometer seemed to be accurate to less than 3 deg."
There are considerable flaws with the compass and the inconsistent whistle making it unreliable for dog training purposes, yet the guage for temperature is fairly accurate. Considering its cost-effectiveness, it might still be considered for non-compete function utility.
