This elevated cat bowl had many issues with fit and finish and the review was disappointed.
The idea of elevated cat bowls is innovative and good.
The wood finish is poorly done with rough edges and sanding issues.
Tip: Buyer did repair but it uses defects and future user supporting the issues
The drill bit provided is not compatible with the screws.
Tip: Buyer had to find alternative screw fittings
The instructions are incomplete and do not cover all parts.
Tip: Please review the feedback and correct the missing parts in instructions and provide clarity
The ratings shows its not design for smaller pets only for food adjusted
"Love the concept/idea but"
"Love the concept/idea but the wood is poorly finished. Router edges were not sanded or smooth. Where the bowls sit there was no sanding what so ever. The drill bit provided does not fit the screws provided. The instructions are how to install everything but the food dish attachment. Iām lucky..."
The product is not going to impress very well with its cost to performance ratio high and a decent amount of confidence can be saved better by allowing customers to resolve the issue with refund or replacement.
