Yes, but many users report that they don't all work.
"My squeek obsessed pup has always had a problem not killing the squeekers within a day. This toy is very slick so she cant get a death grip on it, and the constant change of tones between the squeeks refocuses her, and snaps her out of the trance from having just one repetitive sound."
"It is supposed to have multiple squeak/sounds. Only one squeaker worked when it arrived and that was broken in less than a minute of my dog playing with it. Nope."
If you're looking for a durable and reliable squeaky toy, consider alternatives to the JW Pet Symphony Of Squeaks Dog Toy. The high rate of defects and poor durability make it a risky purchase.
