Bottom Line

This is better than any other cage at the same price range since it comes with more items! However, as previously mentioned, the cage is a little small for ferrets. Unless you want to use it as a travel carrier for ferrets, I wouldn't recommend it. For rats, I thought it was okay, and if you wanted to use it as a temporary home, it's fine by me as well.
