The RUFFIN' IT Chomp'ems Slow Roasted Bacon Flavor Purehide Sticks are generally well-received by dogs, but some buyers found inconsistencies in thickness. Most dogs enjoy the flavor and longevity, making it a good option for keeping pets engaged.
Dogs love the bacon flavor.
Lasts long during chew sessions.
Some batches are thinner than expected.
Strong odor from the treats.
Factors: dog's size and chewing habits
Typically 20-30 minutes, but can vary based on the dog's chewing habits.
Generally, no, as some reviews mention they are too hard for smaller dogs.
It's best to use them outdoors or in areas where the dog can be supervised to avoid carpet stains and odors.
Though general review feedback is good, the product seems bad for aggressive chewers. Definitely it is not recommended for dogs who are hard chewers and retired sticks will promptly stop as leaving chew rings rather than clean ends which could possibly be a choking hazard for dogs.
"Best chew for a dog. Last long and dogs love them, I don't give rawhide to my dogs"
"I buy this brand but this last one was not good I would not buy it again which is to bad as in the past my Little schnauzer Cooper really enjoyed them but not this package."
RUFFIN' IT Chomp'ems are a solid choice for dog chews, but check for consistent thickness in your purchase.
