"I have 2 Subarus, the first one I put in a floor to ceiling barrier and the tension had to be so tight to keep the dogs in the back that it was really pressing into the roof of the car. I purchased this one for our second Subaru and I like the design a lot better!"

— felicia

"I think this would be best for a low energy dog who is happy staying put. If your dog is active or wants to try to get in the back seat of a suv then he will bend the hollow pieces of metal that you adjust. Not sure why the company went with this weak material when the rest of the design is fine. ..."

Bottom Line

If you have a small to medium dog and a compatible vehicle, this could be a good option. However, be prepared for potential durability issues and ensure it fits your specific car setup before purchasing.
