Bottom Line

If you and/or your cat can handle the assembly frustrations, then absolutely a great cat toy for many cats. Love the plastic bag feature that many cats will be drawn to. The electronic ballot system obviously must be designed to make the assembly especially hard so no one thinks the product is totally poorly built lol.
