  I bought this for my rats. Followed instructions carefully to assemble it, but only three corners would fit into the base. Called Prevue Pet Products customer service number three or four times during their business hours, never got anyone to pick up, and the customer service voicemail box was full. Called Chewy and their rep as always was immediately available and very courteous and tried to be helpful, but this is not something they could help with over the phone because they didn't design the product. After about four days Prevue Pets finally responded via email and sent me the same instructions that had already come in the package and that did not result in the parts fitting together. I disassembled it and reassembled it carefully and scrupulously according to instructions, and once again only three of the four corners would fit into the base. Additionally, the thing turns out to be so flimsy that even if I had been able to get it put together, it would not have been safe to leave my rats in it because it would have taken my cats less than ten minutes to break it apart. And I absolutely would never recommend putting mice into it, even if someone doesn't have cats, because you can see clearly on the package illustration that there are gaps in the corners that a mouse would be able to stick its jaw through and chew on the plastic to make a hole large enough to escape through.

  Tip: Consider using some metal zip ties.

  Difficult to assemble. "Was a battle to assemble"

  Tip: You could move the bottom platform up but then you would have to fill the bottom pan with a ton of bedding to lift up the first ramp.

• Customer Support (1) major

  Unresponsive customer support and problematic fit, making the product unreliable. It can even break out to allow adorable animals being in the middle. Even upon its breakage it will probably fall outside and the pets aren't comfortable in the middle of the mess.

  Tip: It can be resolved by contacting from different alternative ways like Chewy.
